Pre-heat the MDF to 60 - 80 degrees to activate the moisture to the surface of the MDF board. The moisture will help to adhere powder coating.
Meanwhile, the spraying gun will cause the powder to have a negative charge white the MDF has 0 charge. Moisiture and negative charge together will help to adhere powder coating. It is amazing.
