MDF powder coating is adsorbed to the surface of the MDF board through 360 degree static electricity, each part of the MDF board will be covered with powder coating. No matter we engrave on the surface or 4 sides, it will be covered with powder coating. After 130°C 3 minutes curing, the engraved parts will also have a smooth surface. Custom liquid paint can't reach this effect.
The board for wood powder coating we used is E0 degree MDF board. It has uniform density. CNC machine can easily engrave all kinds of shape, clasp-free design, etc. MDF powder coating set free designer's mind. Whatever they want, MDF can make it for you.
