In addition to "formaldehyde-free" property, other properties of electrostatic powder coating door panel are excellent. For example, the hardness of the coating film exceeds 3H, the wear resistance exceeds 1000 times, and the wear resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance. Electrostatic powder coating is subject to high temperature chemical reaction at about 130°C, with high adhesive density, mold proof, moisture-proof and waterproof. The drying process is no longer needed, and the working time is reduced by more than 50% compared with the equivalent paint process. The color texture is no less than the high color expression of paint.
